At The Melted Hive, I take great pride in crafting high-quality wax melts for you to enjoy. Due to the nature of my handmade products, all sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges.

I understand that scent preferences are personal. I encourage you to read my detailed scent descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a specific scent, please contact me before placing your order; I'm happy to help!

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at meltedhive@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. To help me resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the damage. I'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution.

Extreme Weather Advisory

I craft my wax melts with love and care, and want them to arrive in perfect condition! However, wax melts are sensitive to high temperatures. During periods of extreme heat, or shipping to warmer climates, there is a risk of melting during transit, despite my best efforts in packaging.

Please understand that I am unable to provide refunds or replacements for products that may melt due to weather conditions encountered during shipping. I recommend monitoring tracking and bringing your package indoors promptly upon delivery, especially on hot days. Thank you for your understanding!
