Thanks for choosing The Melted Hive! I'm excited for you to receive your wax melts. Here's what you can expect regarding shipping:
Processing Time
I know you're eager to get your order! I typically process and ship orders within 3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) from the time your order is placed. I am a one-woman operation, so your patience and understanding is highly encouraged.
Pre-orders are EXEMPT from normal processing times. Please be sure to read the terms of the pre-order prior to ordering.
Shipping Delays
While I always do my best to ship promptly, please understand that occasional delays can occur due to factors like high order volumes, product availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If your order is expected to be delayed beyond 5 business days, I'll do our best to notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Times
Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout and your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves my home.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your selected shipping method. I do not determine the rates - please do not take any frustration out on me.
Lost or Damaged Packages
I carefully package all orders, but if your wax melts arrive damaged, please contact me immediately at meltedhive@gmail.com. Provide your order number and any relevant details or photos of the damage. I'll work quickly to resolve the issue for you.
If your order is lost in transit, please reach out to your local courier. Often times, packages can be delayed or delivered to a wrong address. Contacting the courier is the fastest and most effective remedy.
